The spiritual worlds are vast, and your education does not have to end with this program.

As your abilities mature and your experience deepens, further training and extraordinary opportunities may become available to you.

These advanced programs are offered by invitation, when a student has developed the abilities and readiness required for the next stage.

There is no need to rush toward them.

For now, the most important thing is to begin, practice sincerely, and discover what you are capable of.

The path opens as you walk it.

Meet Your Teacher — Sandra Mere

Hello, I'm Sandra!

I was born with highly developed spiritual abilities, including conscious astral travel and the perception of energies and spiritual beings.

But having those gifts didn't mean I understood them.

It was only when I met my teacher and Yoga Master that I learned how to develop my abilities systematically, understand what I was experiencing, and eventually teach these skills to others.

Today, sharing that knowledge is one of the greatest joys of my life.

I know how extraordinary these discoveries can be, and I would be delighted to help you make them for yourself.

Personal Guidance Along Your Journey

Questions and unexpected experiences are a natural part of spiritual development. And sometimes, a little personal guidance makes all the difference.

With our optional Guidance membership, you can share one question or observation each week and receive a personal response from Sandra.

You'll also receive the exclusive Guidance Newsletter, featuring additional teachings and shared student experiences.

Your journey is your own, but you don't have to walk it alone.

Are You Ready to Begin?
